Finger Labyrinth

Originating 5000 years ago and found on all major continents labyrinths have long been used as tools for meditation. These small hand held versions are powerful portable tools to calm the mind.

Begin with an intention or a question you wish answered. Use any finger of your non dominant hand to follow the path to the centre and back out again. Made of acrylic for easy cleaning these labyrinths are perfect to use before bed, used by children to focus or counsellor.

Classical labyrinths are 5000 years old and found in Europe, North and South America. This version was used in a study in Texas with school children diagnosed with ADD and ADHD. After a few months of using two labyrinths (one for each hand) simultaneously they noticed a decrease in medication.

Medieval labyrinths date from 1201 AD. This is the most copied version from Chartres Cathedral, France. The smaller paths are more suited to individuals with greater manual dexterity.
